Bulking vs. Leaning Season, Which is Right for You?

Which is right for me and what is the difference?

One of the most important things to do when you begin the next phase in your fitness journey is to write down goals, such as wearing your favorite pair of posing trunks on the next NPC show. This will help determine if you should follow a leaning program or a bulking program.

For our clients that are looking to achieve the following goals, one of our 30, 60, or 90-day bulking programs will be the right fit.

            *Increase overall strength

            *Decrease body fat

            *Increasing lean body mass

            *Overall development and size

Our bulking programs are aimed toward over all muscle growth and developed bulking programs include: cardio conditioning, specific muscle group strength training and most importantly a bulking nutrition program.

Clients with the following goals, should follow one of our 30, 60 or 90-day leaning programs.

            *Maintain strength and size

            *Decrease body fat

            *Cardio Conditioning

*Cutting to promote a shredded/lean/tight physique

All leaning programs are designed to decrease body fat while maintaining muscle mass. Leaning programs include: cardio conditioning, specific muscle group strength training programs, feeder workouts, and most importantly a leaning nutrition program.
